Join us for a morning of electrifying tunes and an atmosphere to energise. From reggae, disco, soul & funk to house, electroswing & dnb, our sounds promise to take you on a musical journey like no other. Consider this series of events a no-booze mini-fest, a chance to dance and get moving, an opportunity to connect, a boost to your wellbeing, and a slice of musical goodness for those who love music and dancing, but don't want a late night or a hangover.
Shake your booty with fellow music enthusiasts as you dance to your heart's content.

Come as you please in clothes to dance and sweat in, bring a bottle of water, and a mat and snuggly blanket for our (short) meditation which closes our session.
So what will happen? We will guide you in a warm up, then when we're limbered up, we lower the lights and turn up the sound to immerse you as Tallulah & friends throw down a set of tunes to get down to. Then we guide a cool down, and close with a short and energising meditation to wash your cares and leave you starting your weekend with a zing and a spring in your step!
