Phonics Club- group tuition

Designed for infant school ages 4-7, although older children needing support or reinforcement and embedding in phonics can still attend. Children in Home Ed are of course welcome to attend. Led by a qualified and experienced teacher to promote literacy confidence, ability and enjoyment in sounds and symbols, segmenting and blending, which all leads to developing better reading skills.

We will base our sessions around different sound clusters each week. We will work as a group to explore these sounds and have group teaching/tutoring. There will be the opportunity to enjoy individual activities each week to then apply the phonics knowledge. All materials are provided. Feel free to get in touch if you would like any additional tutoring or consulting on a private basis.

Booking/payment is in advance, 60£ per child for Autumn 2 half term, with the first session held Monday 4th November, and the last session held on Monday 16th December.

Pre-booking is essential and minimum numbers are required to operate. If your child has any additional needs they are of course welcome to attend, but you will need to remain for the duration of the session.
