The acclaimed young classical guitarist Luke Tyrrell brings an eclectic programme to the KCA International Guitar Series.
Tyrrell is a multi-award winning performer who has already appeared at numerous prestigious events; he was recently inducted into the International
Guitar Foundation’s Young Artist Program for 2024-25.
His repertoire at the KCA IGS includes lesser-known compositions from South America by Walter
Heinze and Isaias Savio, and a wealth of early 20th
century works from Spain.
Luke Tyrrell was voted "Talent of 2023" at Hellys International Guitar Festival, and described as "one of the most talented young classical guitarists of his generation".
