Mørkesidning - sitting with the dark

Mørkesidning is an opportunity to meet yourself in the darkness of the forest, to sit with nature through whatever arises, to listen and to see inside - learning to be.

In a meeting with darkness we meet ourselves - when everything around us is stripped away, we can better see what is within. There is nothing to be afraid of in the Danish forest, and yet we may face our fears, our aroused nervous systems, but once settled in, we can allow nature to lead us into some magical encounters with owls, deer and other fairy folk.

There are no prerequisites & nothing you have to do, no specific way you have to be or preform during the ceremony. Come as you are with all that you are.Where?We will have the ceremony outdoors around the fire in Dyrehaven (Nordsjælland). Feeling nature as she is with everything that arrives in our inner and outer landscape!If the weather becomes very cold and/or rainy we will find a indoor space to have the ceremony.
